Travel Fever magazine celebration

We were partners in the launch of Travel Fever magazine, which took place on 10.12. in “W” Restaurant. As part of the baptism, a presentation of our currently offered projects Green Village, Vyšehradská 33, Radimský mlýn and Rezidence Zenklova took place.

New pier – Radimský mlýn

A floating jetty for small vessels has been newly opened right next to our project. It is located directly next to the existing footbridge. Its length is 94 m and it will provide space for 10-12 vessels to be berthed longitudinally. We are already looking forward to spring.

Finishing work is underway on the Vyšehradská 33 project and we are looking forward to approval at the end of 2024.

We were the general partner of the tenth anniversary golf tournament Real- Treuhand & Travel Fever Cup 2024, which took place at the ROYAL GOLF CLUB MARIÁNSKÁ LAZNÁ. The 2nd stage of the Green Village project was presented to the players.

Rezidence Vyšehradská 33 – building progress

Check out the photos from the construction of the project. At the new building, reinforced concrete slabs are currently being implemented at the level of the underground floor, concrete structures for parking stackers, structures for vertical reinforced concrete structures, and the formwork of the part of the ceiling above the underground floor is also being implemented. The reconstruction includes rough concrete and wooden floors and ceilings, partitions and gas and water distribution in the basement and underground floors.

New project Radimský mlýn (Radim´s mill)

Our company is proud of a new project in the historical district of Kolín called Radimský mlýn (Radim´s mill). As the name suggests, the residential complex project will be created by the reconstruction and completion of the historic mill building. On the basis of the issued building permit, there will be over 250 apartments with various layouts, new spaces, for example for cafes or restaurants, and part of the project is also the reconstruction and expansion of the cycle path with a promenade and pier, which will be able to be used by all residents of Kolín and thus enjoy a charming view of the Elbe . We start with exteriors

Rough landscaping and preparation for the realization of the terraces are currently underway on the construction site. In the interiors, we are finishing pouring anhydrite floors and gypsum plaster.

The construction of the Green Village project continues successfully according to the schedule. Work is currently underway mainly in the interiors – grooving for electrical installations, heating and water, gypsum plasters, pouring of anhydrite floors, installation of plasterboards and sewage and water connections.

The construction of 25 family houses in the 2nd stage of the Green Village project continues successfully according to the schedule. Carpentry and plumbing work is now underway on the houses, and we have started the implementation of facades and plastering.

At hole No. 16, where the construction of the 2nd stage of the Green Village project is currently underway, you could view a model presenting the future form of the project. In addition, virtual reality was available in the clubhouse, thanks to which you could already walk between the houses of the 2nd stage of the project.

Real-Treuhand is the main partner of Sky Film Festival Cup 2018

We were the main partner of the 20th Official Tennis Tournament Sky Film Festival Cup 2021 in The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
This exceptional tournament brought together personalities from business, social, cultural and sports life.

Green Village – biotope within the project

The bathing lakes in the Green Village project are not only a pleasant element for summer refreshment, but also form an important biotope. The captured rainwater is drained into the upper lake with a pier and then flows through an ornamental waterfall into the lower lake with a beach. From there, the water is pumped to the so-called root (vegetation) treatment plant, where self-cleaning processes take place absolutely without chemicals. The water treated in this way is then pumped back to the upper lake and the cycle is repeated.

We were a general partner of the Real- Treuhand & Travel Fever Cup 2020 golf tournament, which took place in the Golf & Spa resort Cihelny. At hole No. 9, the Green Village project was on display, where the construction of the first stage is nearing completion. The projects of the Palata Residence and Victoria Košíře were also presented.

Work is currently underway to complete the facades, plumbing work and landscaping work in the outdoor areas. Within the interiors, plasters, heating distributions and floors are being completed. The next step will be the implementation of plasterboard ceilings.

Real-Treuhand was a partner of “Green Village Golf Day” tournament

We were a partner of a golf tournament called Green Village Golf Day, which took place in the Golf & Spa resort Konopiště.

Rezidence U Rokytky – building progress

The interior plasters in the flats in all three blocks are completely finished, the facade and roof are finished in blocks B and C, and the anhydrite floors are finished in block C. Plasters and screeds of common areas, completion of the facade and roof on block A, rough distribution of electrical installations and rough distribution of sanitary installations are now underway.

Laying the foundation stone of Green Village

A Real- Treuhand and Travel Fever Cup 2020 golf tournament and  were held on the occasion of the laying of the foundation stone of the Green Village project. The tournament was played on the course d´Este (par 72) and the participants of the tournament had the opportunity to watch the growing Green Village. At the end of the tournament, the foundation stone was ceremoniously laid.

Golf courses open
Golfing has started and the first truss structures can be seen in our project. Take a look at the photos from hole number 16 and 17 on the D´Este course (par 72).

CZECH ARCHITECTURE AWARD 2019

The winners of this year’s CZECH ARCHITECTURE AWARD is architects Petr Stolín and Alena Mičeková for the implementation of the nursery school Nová Ruda.

Real Treuhand was a proud partner of this year.

The winner and finalists were chosen from 34 nominated works that ČKA presented in June this year. In total, 186 works completed in the last five years have applied for the Czech Architecture Award in the 4th edition.

Construction of Green Village has started

Victoria Košíře – building progress 4/2019

The M2 rough construction is almost completed. Roof waterproofing was carried out. Performs in the bathroom, water distribution, sewerage and electrical distribution in individual apartments. Scaffolding is being built and the facade is gradually being built. Construction cranes will be dismantled in the near future.

The rough structure of the M1 is completed, the rough building of the M2 is completed, where the part of the building that has been omitted due to the transportation of the building material to the inner courtyard is completed. Gradually installing windows, partition walls and partitions and distributing installations (electricity, water, sewerage, ventilation).

Victoria Košíře – building progress 11/2018

The project now undergoes work on reinforced concrete or masonry supporting structures of the upper floors of individual buildings, on the lower floors there is the construction of non-load-bearing walled partitions, partitions and distribution of electrical wiring in dwellings. Further work is underway to fill and compact the soil in the courtyard.

Residence Palata won 1st place in the competition REALITY PROJECT OF THE YEAR 2018 in the category “Architect’s price”, not only in Prague 5, but also all over the Czech Republic☝️??.

The Residence Palata – rough-in construction completed

On Tuesday 12th of Decembef 2017, on the occasion of the completion of the rough construction,  we raised a building “glajcha”. This indicates reaching the highest level of the building. Glajcha is a traditional tree decorated with ribbons. This custom is to protect the house from the evil elements and ensures happiness and health to the new residents.

We hope for the smooth and uncomplicated construction working progress and look forward to Residence Palata welcoming their new residents in the early fall next year.

Real-Treuhand & Asklepion Fundraising Event 2017

Alongside with The Aesthetic Medical Clinic Asklepion, we organized a fundraising event at our representative premises in our company. All raised money was given for Childhood Vascular Tumors Treatment.

Fashion show of Tatiana Kovaříková and many kind guests left us all with a great feeling that we could be of any help.
